Fun Quick and Easy Dinner Ideas – Mexican Pizza and Mexican Tortilla Dinner

I share recipes quickly and easily with people who really need them. You know who you want people who rushed home to eat, but not the kitchen each day to spend eternity. Over the years, I published the recipe, the darlings of the family and everyday comfort foods like soup and pans, slow cooker recipes, quick breads and desserts are holidays.

To share my favorite recipes are, however, the fun recipes to help repair and of course the kids love to eat. That’s why I have two great tasting Mexican style recipes (from my favorite food is Mexican), which will hopefully break the monotony of the week and fun dinner place. I hope you enjoy dinner and spend a few moments with your family.

Easy Mexican Cornbread Pizza

1 (8.5 ounce) package corn muffin
1 pounds ground beef
1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning
1 (8 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese, divided

Mix corn muffin ingredients directed on the package. Spread batter into greased 12-inch pizza. Bake at 400 degrees for 80-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Brown Drain meat, leave. Add seasoning mix and water 3 / 4 cup, prepare as directed on the package. Sprinkle 1 cup cheese over baked crust. Top with meat mixture and remaining cheese. Koch has melted 4 to 5 minutes or until the cheese. Serve with your favorite taco toppings like lettuce, fresh chopped tomatoes Thick ‘N Chunky Salsa, guacamole and sour cream. You are welcome to spread a layer of refried beans on pizza crust before the end with cheese and meat.

Easy Dinner Beef tortillas

Onion flakes
2 lbs. Mince
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Rotel tomatoes 1 can sweet
C. 1 tsp cumin
C. 1 teaspoon chili powder
A dash of garlic powder
4 ounces cream cheese, melted
¼ cup sour cream
4 tortillas
Tortilla chips
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350 Brown beef and onions. Mix all ingredients, except chips, tortillas and cheddar cheese all bubbling over medium heat until. Spray a 13×9 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Cut the tortillas into strips 2 inches and the bottom layer of the chip bowl, layer tortillas with chicken mixture into a bowl. A layer of tortilla strips on top. Top with grated cheddar cheese. Bake for 20 minutes, until cheese is melted.
